Ease of Use

HubSpot has an intuitive interface that is very easy to set up and use. This CRM is ideal for beginners and professionals alike as you can upgrade to more complex, premium versions as your business grows and you become more skilled with all of its features and tools.

One of its very handy features includes email and calendar integration, helping you to stay organized and on top of everything. This integration also eliminates the need for some of the most tedious and time-consuming data entry tasks that other CRMs require, like importing contacts.

Zendesk Sell is also relatively easy to navigate, but it is not quite as user-friendly or intuitive as HubSpot is. While its interface and dashboard are clear and simple, it does feature some legacy tools for managing sales that are quite difficult to utilize.

Marketing Capabilities

Not only is HubSpot a well-rounded CRM, but it is a useful tool for marketing. Its advanced marketing module helps to organize all of the marketing aspects of your business into one place. This feature can help ensure that all your optimized content reaches the target audience to help boost your conversions.

You can distribute more personalized content to appeal to your customers’ personas through HubSpot’s email marketing tool. Then you can track all your traffic data to see your campaign’s overall performance and use that information to strategically adjust your marketing tactics. This is a very useful feature for businesses with smaller marketing teams and less marketing experience.

Zendesk Sell does also come with some tools to monitor and track your business’s marketing and sales data. It features some solid forecasting tools that are very useful when planning new campaigns and monitoring the trends so that you can offer deals at the most opportune time and increase sales.

With smart lists and automated lead scoring, it is easy to implement smart sales strategies with Zendesk Sell. These tools are useful for finding better prospects through demographic inputs, which reduces the time and cost put into leads that go nowhere. While these tools are helpful, they don’t quite match all that HubSpot offers.

HubSpot Is Free

In addition to being a robust and easy to use CRM platform, HubSpot offers a free version that includes all of the basic tools you need to run your online business. You’ll be able to manage your content and contacts, track prospects, manage your pipeline, implement email marketing, integrate third-party tools, view your reporting dashboard, use forms, and track company insights.

This free version comes with all the core functions of a CRM so if you’re a small business with a budget, HubSpot is a great choice for helping you and your team manage your business. It also has three paid sales plans that you can choose to add on to the CRM as your business grows: The Sales Hub ($500+/month), Marketing Hub ($800+/month), and Service Hub ($400+/month).

Zendesk Sell, on the other hand, is not free to use. This CRM starts at $19 per month for the Team plan. It also offers Professional ($49/month), Enterprise ($99/month), and Elite ($199/month) plans. Their most affordable plan offers only a few basic features when compared with HubSpot’s free version.

HubSpot Offers More Features

HubSpot has a wide range of features that are easy to use and manage. It is a flexible CRM platform that allows you to build and nurture strong relationships with your customers. It integrates seamlessly with your website, calendars, email services, social media platforms, and third-party tools.

All of these features allow you to interact with your customers and prospects in a well-organized manner. This then contributes to the overall efficiency of your business. You can schedule emails, A/B test your landing pages, publish to social media, optimize for mobile, as well as analyse all metrics and data gathered from your various posts and emails.

Zendesk Sell is more focused on lead generation and making sales rather than customer relationship management. While it includes lead enrichment, sales management, lead discovery, and communication tools, there are fewer features at your disposal.

HubSpot also excels at providing support for its users as you can contact their team by phone, email or through their website. They also have a database of training materials to help you learn how to use all of the features to maximize your success.

Zendesk Sell also offers support via phone or email and has a knowledge base but it is quite disorganized, which makes it difficult to find the exact solution to your problem.
