Office of Superintendent of Insurance
Our team successfully migrated the Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) bilingual website from Storyblok to WordPress, modernizing the platform while enhancing flexibility, accessibility, and performance. The migration encompassed approximately 2,500 URLs, including department pages, regulatory resources, consumer tools, and public communications.
The new WordPress implementation provides OSI with a scalable, easy-to-manage content management system that empowers staff to update and publish information efficiently without developer assistance. The migration included a complete rebuild of content structures, navigation, and templates to reflect OSI’s existing design system while improving usability and mobile responsiveness.
To support OSI’s bilingual communication requirements, the new site integrates LanguageLasso, enabling seamless Spanish-language translation across all major sections of the site. This solution ensures compliance with state accessibility and language access standards while maintaining editorial control for each translated page.
The project also included the implementation of a custom Event Management module, allowing OSI to post, manage, and archive upcoming events, public hearings, and stakeholder meetings directly within WordPress.
In addition, our team developed a suite of secure, HIPAA-compliant web forms for public and internal use. These forms include encryption and data-handling safeguards to protect sensitive information while maintaining ease of submission and administrative oversight.
Through this migration, OSI gained a fully modernized, secure, and user-friendly WordPress platform that enhances public access to insurance information and resources, supports compliance with state and federal standards, and streamlines content management for agency staff.
